Sygence was founded to address one of the most critical gaps in modern global business: the inability of legacy systems to orchestrate complex, multi-enterprise networks in real time. As supply chains expanded across continents, functions and partners, traditional tools like ERPs, spreadsheets and APIs — designed for internal optimization — couldn’t keep pace with the volatility, visibility gaps and coordination challenges of the network economy. When disruptions struck, there was no unified view, resulting in faulty coordination and escalated costs.
Sygence’s mission is to build NexNet - a network-native, AI-augmented platform for multi-enterprise orchestration that transforms disconnected operations into a synchronized collaboration grid. Instead of replacing legacy infrastructure, NexNet layers over existing systems as the intelligence and coordination layer, feeding real-time internal and network-wide data back into enterprise platforms and compounding their value.

With over three decades of global leadership across telecommunications, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and capital goods, Jaideep has consistently driven growth, transformation and resilience in some of the world’s most complex supply networks. From scaling telecom revenues to cutting pharmaceutical launch timelines and reducing FMCG product recalls, his career has been defined by turning fragmentation into orchestration.
Having experienced firsthand the limitations of siloed systems, opaque networks and late-night spreadsheet chaos, he recognized a fundamental truth: Technology alone doesn’t orchestrate global networks — people do, often under immense pressure with tools never built for today’s interconnected world.
Motivated by the vision to resolve these gaps, he founded Sygence in 2024 to build a network-native orchestration platform that helps businesses shift from reactive firefighting to proactive, intelligent resilience.
Bhumika brings a unique blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence and product vision to Sygence. With a background spanning law, technology, business development and operations, she plays a central role in translating the company's vision into scalable execution.

Vinay is an experienced operations and manufacturing consultant with over five decades in engineering, machine tools and industrial management. A mechanical engineer and post-graduate in machine tool design from IIT Bombay, he has worked across sectors including aerospace, automotive, consumer durables and capital goods.
He has collaborated with leading organizations such as the Tata Group, Mahindra & Mahindra, Hindustan Aeronautics and Sulzer and Voith, focusing on improving operational efficiency and driving sustainable business performance. His work has been recognized internationally, including a published case study in interfaces (INFORMS, USA), highlighting the real-world impact of his operational improvement initiatives.
As an advisor to Sygence, Vinay leverages his experience in Lean, Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints to help strengthen process efficiency, enhance delivery capability and support the company’s pursuit of operational excellence.
Paresh is a seasoned senior sales and customer success leader with over 30 years of experience in IT services, digital transformation, consulting, value positioning and go-to-market strategies. He brings deep expertise in finance as well as in supply chain and manufacturing, with extensive digital experience across industries including aerospace & defense, manufacturing, CPG, energy and healthcare. He has held leadership roles at Oracle and TCS, driving strategic growth and customer success globally.
As an advisor to Sygence, Paresh leverages his extensive experience to shape our GTM strategy, strengthen enterprise engagement, and provide strategic insights drawn from decades of working with global organizations.
Mandar brings over three decades of leadership experience across the home appliances and manufacturing industries. His background spans Research & Development, Quality Systems, Manufacturing Operations, Product Management, Sales & Marketing and Business Leadership, providing deep, end-to-end industry perspective.
At IFB Industries Ltd., Mandar held senior leadership roles including National Product Head for Washing Machines and Dryers, Head of Research & Development, Head of Marketing and Regional Management. He led complete product lifecycles from concept to market, combining engineering rigor with strong dealer, customer and supplier engagement in India and globally.
As Strategic Partner at Sygence, Mandar contributes deep domain insight, industry relationships, and practical guidance, helping align platform innovation with real-world manufacturing and market challenges while supporting adoption and scale across the manufacturing ecosystem.
Devesh is a distinguished technology leader with 25 years of experience and a decade of deep specialization in artificial intelligence. He is the founder and CEO of Cere Labs, where he has led the creation of more than twenty software products and pioneered enterprise AI solutions for real-world problems.
A recognized thought leader, he is the author of Decoding GPT, a widely appreciated guide to understanding large language models and a frequent speaker on AI and innovation. Prior to Cere Labs, he co-founded 21st Century Informatics, where he led innovation and product development, building a strong foundation in healthcare technology. His broad scientific curiosity from neuroscience to mathematics, continues to fuel his work in advancing applied AI.
